4 tablespoons carob syrup
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix thoroughly
Can also use this as a marinade

100 grams carob syrup
3 grams granulated garlic
1 gram ground black peppercorns
1 gram dried rosemary leaves
20 mls worcestshire sauce

250 grams carob syrup acidified
30 grams pectin
250 grams sugar
250 mls water
